Rigatony Pasta Co provides custom made, wholesale pasta for Chicagoland restaurants, caterers, private chefs and more!

Each batch of our pasta is extruded through Italian  bronze dies, and made to the specifications of the chefs we work with.

We provide an alternative to dried pasta for chefs that want an extruded shape, and don't have the budget for a  pasta machine, dies, and labor.
